How much do you worry about bad breath? Do you ever wonder if there may be something you can do to keep your teeth healthy and strong while enjoying fresh breath? For example, you may know that using breath mints or chewing gum can immediately freshen your breath, but if they have sugar in them, you could be promoting the bacteria that can cause bad breath. Similarly, mouthwash is most useful when used with brushing and flossing, and can also help you keep your mouth even cleaner.
